Job description
We are looking for an enthusiastic, flexible person with an open mind, who feels comfortable in an informal environment of international language school students. The new employee will be responsible for the German and Spanish speaking markets and will be partly involved in our Spanish language school in Barcelona. Our office is located in the centre of Barcelona.
Main tasks
– Customer support for German, Spanish and English speaking clients – Responsible for textual web content published at our websites – Contact point for foreign language agents – Maintaining relationships with partner schools abroad – Expanding marketing activities in German speaking markets (Germany, Austria, Switzerland)
Requirements
– Native German speaker – Spanish compulsory at near native level, spoken and written skill – High level of English, spoken and written skill – Responsible and independent work habit – Experience in working with Microsoft Office (word, outlook, access and excel) – Good communication and team skills, flexibility and stress resistance – Initiative, ability to multitask and to prioritize
Conditions
– 40 hours per week – 8 working hours per day between 8:00 and 20:00 – Monday to Friday – Competetive salary
